Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of new products must be made within 30 days of purchase and renewals request must be made at least seven 7 business days prior to the end of the current service period. Requests received later than 10 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

After receiving the cancellation request the entire amount or any deduction will be refunded via original
method of payment within 7 to 10 working days

Refund Policy
If you determine that our product does not work as expected, we recommend you either contact us to arrange a refund (if you purchased the product within the past 30 days). The refund will be initiated within 24hr and will be refunded via original method of payment within 7 to 10 working days

Exception to our Refund Policy
Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund (FULL or PRO-RATED) when we have suspended or terminated your access to Taction due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
